1. Using the site

1. 1a.You agree to use Car Transporters Hub lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm the platform, its users, or listed businesses.
2. 1b.You must not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or interfere with the operation of the service.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

1. 2a.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
2. 2b.You must not impersonate another person, provide misleading identity information, or use the platform to post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading material.

3. User-generated content

1. 3a.Comments, photos, dealership edits, reports, and other submissions remain your responsibility.
2. 3b.By posting content to Car Transporters Hub, you give the platform permission to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and retain that content as needed to operate the service.

4. Editing dealership pages

1. 4a.Users may contribute updates to dealership pages, but information should be accurate, relevant, and submitted in good faith.
2. 4b.We may retain revision history and edit summaries to preserve transparency, investigate disputes, and maintain the quality of published information.

5. Photo uploads

1. 5a.You should only upload photos that you have the right to share and that are appropriate for the platform.
2. 5b.You must not upload unlawful, infringing, sensitive, or abusive material.
3. 5c.Uploaded photos may be reviewed, moderated, removed, or retained for audit and safety purposes.

6. Moderation rights

1. 6a.Car Transporters Hub may review, edit, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts and content where this is reasonably necessary for safety, legality, accuracy, platform quality, or rule enforcement.
2. 6b.We may also decline, reverse, or limit edits to dealership pages where information appears unreliable, harmful, duplicated, or outside the intended purpose of the service.

7. No guarantee of accuracy

1. 7a.Car Transporters Hub is intended as a practical reference tool, but community-submitted information may change over time.
2. 7b.While we aim to maintain useful and reliable information, we do not guarantee that all dealership details, comments, photos, or operational notes are complete, accurate, or up to date at every moment.

8. Liability limitations

1. 8a.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Transporters Hub is provided on an as-available basis.
2. 8b.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, reliance on community-submitted information, temporary unavailability, or content posted by users or third parties.

10. Donations and payments

1. 10a.All payments made to Car Transporters Hub are voluntary donations and are non-refundable.
2. 10b.Donator status and any associated features, perks, or badges are provided at our discretion as a gesture of appreciation and are not purchased goods or services.
3. 10c.Donations do not create any contractual right to access, retain, or demand specific features, benefits, or platform functionality.
4. 10d.We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust donator features at any time without liability.

11. Account data and deletion

1. 11a.Users may connect or disconnect third-party login providers such as Facebook, Google, or Discord at any time via their account settings. Disconnecting a provider removes the association between that service and the user's CTHub account.
2. 11b.Disconnecting a social login does not delete the user's CTHub account or associated content.
3. 11c.Users may request account deletion by contacting support. Upon verified request, we will remove or anonymise personally identifiable information associated with the account to the best of our ability.
4. 11d.In order to maintain platform integrity, audit trails, and safety, accounts are not fully deleted. Instead, they are obfuscated and stripped of personal data while retaining non-identifiable content where necessary.
5. 11e.We may retain certain information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these terms.

12. Updates to these terms

1. 12a.We may update these terms where needed to reflect changes to the platform or legal requirements.
